Refund Policy
These Refund policy apply to your use of the website 36parts.com and all its subdomains.
Payment
The user can pay for his/her subscription plan by using payment options provided by our Merchant of Records.
The payment is made by third party provider with security protocol.
After payment is received or confirmed, selected subscription plan is activated immediately.
Refund
As the product is a digital content, the payment once made cannot be refunded as a policy.
In case the user refuses from monthly/annual subscription plan with recurring payment, the user’s activity is checked. In case of lack of any activities after the last payment, the last payment is refunded and the subscription is cancelled.
The consideration of the request and refund is made within 7 days after receipt of the request.
In case of favorable decision, the refund is made to the user’s details from which the payment was received.
